law firm failed to bring these documents when it
was deposed on November 8, 2007 (Ray Artiano
was the individual who answered for the firm.)
Note: A "Bate-stamped" document is one that has been stamped with a page number by a lawyer who is collecting evidence for a case.

and Mark Bresee of Parham & Rajcic failed to produce documents related to
the investigation of a possible school shooting at Castle Park Elementary.
