The documents described in detail below have
never been produced by Daniel Shinoff.  They were
first requested in 2003 and again in 2007.  Stutz
law firm failed to bring these documents when it
was
deposed on November 8, 2007 (Ray Artiano
was the individual who answered for the firm.)
Note:
A "Bate-stamped" document is one that
has been stamped with a page number by a
lawyer who is collecting evidence for a case.
